Chelsea have been slapped with a two-window ban by FIFA for breaching 29 transfer rules.The club lodged an appeal with footballs governing body earlier this week in the hope of getting the ban temporarily lifted.But if FIFA do not overturn the punishment, Chelsea will be unable to sign players until the summer of 2020.
