A video has been shared on social media of a man, believed to be Dorrans, being treated by medical staff while holding his head.The man was later taken to hospital, it is understood.Dorrans, who joined Rangers in 2017, is on holiday on the Spanish island with Gers’ team-mate Ryan Jack and their respective partners.He was pictured earlier in the day at the Ocean Beach Club in San Antonio.An eyewitness wrote of the incident, per The Sun: “I didn’t see what happened before it but it spilled out the door.“GD got floored and was knocked clean out.“The guy ran off with folk chasing him, a glass/bottle was thrown at the guy after.“Whoever threw the punch knew how to throw a punch, was savage.”Rangers are yet to confirm whether Dorrans was the man involved in the incident.
