Carabao Cup semi-final: Piers Morgan conducts draw in Spurs shirt as Tottenham play Chelsea and Manchester City face Burton
Tottenham will play Chelsea in the Carabao Cup semi-final and Manchester City face League One side Burton.The two-legged ties will be played in the weeks commencing 7 and 21 January, withSpurs and City, who won the competition last season, at home in the first leg.2

It is a first major semi-final for Burton, a team that have only been playing in the EFL Cup for 10 years, having won the National League in 2009.Spurs, meanwhile, last won the competition in 2008 when they beat Chelsea, with the Blues being victorious in 2015 when they beat Tottenham.
