The goal turned out to be little more than a consolation for LA Galaxy, though, as New England Revolution won 2-1.Cristian Penilla opened the scoring for the Boston-based side just before half-time before Teal Banbury doubled their lead in the second half. Galaxy have now lost six of their 16 games but still sit second in the Western Conference. They are nine points behind city rivals Los Angeles FC who have only been beaten once this season. The bicycle kick was Ibrahimovics 10th goal for the club this campaign adding to the 22 he netted last year.
